Well I think some people might have known this restaurant already, but I still want to write about this delicious beef sukiyaki buffet >_<. Akiyoshi is a japanese restaurant but also has sukiyaki/shabushabu buffet available for a person around 360baht (ps.price may have change by now). Also you can order shabubu and sukiyaki but extra pot come with extra charge fee.

Since I'm talking about buffet I'm going to review over Sukiyaki part. First of all when you tell the waitresses(yes waitresses Inever see any waitors in japanese restaurant before....maybe they don't have good looking uniform for waitor available for Japanese restaurant in Thailand). They will bring the Japanese suki pot that has its own gass can. Coming up with a pig lard and a jar soup make out of soy sauce, sugar and mirin(a kind of rice wine slightly sweet). Then we can order, rice, garlic fried rice, beet, pork, chicken(I extremely suggest chicken doesn't go well with sukiyaki), vegetable(chinese cabbage, enokitake mushroom, konnyaku corm, tofu and scallion) and raw egg. Yes just like you see in normal Japanese restaurant that when you order sukiyaki set your suki would have raw egg on the top of the sukiyaki because Japanese dip meats and vegetables on the beaten raw egg bowl because eating them.(Take caution some people may have suffer diarrhea because of eating raw egg but it does taste really good.....so try first if your body can handle you should enjoy sukiyaki like Japanese should)

The way to cook them is very easy we start off with put the lard on the pot.

It's melting!!!!

After the lard become liquid pour down the soup and wait until the soup is boiling. Then put down the meatandfollow up by vegetable.

Almost done......me drooling already......

Wait until they are cooked......just a little bit more....arrr

Finally!!!!!!

Opps don't forget to dip it with beaten raw egg first.

How to get there
The best way to get there is by BTS. Drop off at the Prakanong station and walk oppositeof Onn Nuch direction you will see the 2 stories building that has big sign show many restaurants and shops. Look at the sign you will see the Akiyoshi sign as one of them. Enter the building and walk up the stair you will see it right away. They also have a parking lot as well but you will need stamp to discount the parking fee.

Smile in this case is not aexpress, but it'sa Taiwanese restaurant. Thisrestaurant was introduced to me by my friend. Hardly people can imagine that this restaurant is good because ofits name and appearance.

However the food here is very good.

Hey it's free!

My favourite one!! Fried noodle

And you can't miss this famous Xiao Long Bao

And that's the noodle and chief.

The main point of this restaurant is that they made their own noodle and Taiwanese food is not very common in Bangkok just yet(at least in my region ^_^").
